A ThursDAY in the life of...

So today I had off of work... like I do every Thursday.. and I had soo many random errands to run that I feel like I was in my car all day.  I started at my crossfit gym(aka box) and decided to take it easy today.  I've had a nagging shoulder "thing" going on that got much better in the last 2 weeks but ended up with some kind of awful back/rib "thing".  Apparently I got soo tight in the side of my back that it constricted my ribs and actually made it difficult to breath for the last 5 days.  The good news is... its better and all it took was an adjustment and some massage yay!

Now that I look at the whole workout I thought I took it easy and ended up getting a PR(personal record) by 15lbs! hell yes! I don't know maybe im just a maniac.  So I hit up the supermarket to get somethings for my vitamix to make sure I eat healthy.  I picked up some spinach, frozen berries, cucumber and coconut water.  Im sure ill put all that together when im half asleep tomorrow morning while curling my hair, doing my smokey eyes, remembering to take my meds, and feeding my kittie boys.  Oh yeah and dont forget the COFFEE!!! I <3 COFFEE!!!  Unfortunately im embarrassed to admit this but this is another reason for writing a blog... I became very weak in the store and got a freakin CADBURY EGG.... ugggghhhh those things are my weakness.  So basically I cleaned up the house and ate my egg for lunch with a bunch of Robs Swedish fish I found!!! Lovely an all candy lunch! I get sooo mad at myself but its like I lose control!!!
Later I ran to BJs and picked up some bulk items and its great being able to go by myself now.  Before I needed Rob to come with because I couldn't life the 42lb cat liter out of the cart, as well as the other humongous items I need, and now because of all the training I can pick up alot of things I couldn't before.  Which reminds me hehehe... I got this ridiculous bruise that I totally deserve for being an a-hole, from picking up my co-workers in a bar stool.  I was afraid they would fall so I was leaning the leg of the stool against me... no biggie till the next morning my leg was purple haha lol thats what I get... but I totally beasted it.  Anyway looking forward to a crazy weekend behind the chair where I belong, I dont thing I have any openings so lord knows I wont be eating... get the protein shakes ready!


Am I crazy?

Ok, I have to admit... I feel a lil silly writing a blog of my own.  Although I love to read blogs, its almost as if I'm doing this blind and I'm clueless as to how this works so please bear with me please.  I decided to write this because theres so many times throughout my day where I would like to document things I'm doing at work or crossfit or even home for myself.  Facebook is great for that, but I hold back because I feel like im forcing people to read my shenanigans, at least if they want to know now they can look here.  Theres new things im doing everyday all for good reasons that could help me or someone else.  So we shall see how this goes and where it takes me... and thanks to my friend Melissa for inspiring me!
